This was a long pending review! As Uma was very famous, I booked her for my bridal makeup. 2 days before the marriage, I had to call her and confirm again and to my surprise she said she is going out of the town and she will send her assistant to do my makeup! I asked her repeatedly if this new lady is good as the trial was done with UMA and on my reception day her assistant came and did my makeup! It was so bad that I almost felt like crying. The makeup was so cakey, the foundation was mismatched and I was looking whitewashed! I told her I didnt like it and she told me it will look good in photos! She used the local VOV products for my eyes and didn't even draw an eyeliner! The service is pathetic. My friends told that I could have done better makeup than her. I completely felt let down by UMA that she didnt turn up and I had to call her and ask. Everything was so perfect that day but my makeup was a disaster. I didnt even look good and didnt even share the pics! Please do not go to UMA and if you do, make sure she is available and doesnt send her assistants!
